Reporting to the Manager of Customer Support, the intern will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of our five regional teams and overall operations of the department. From assisting with workload balance review and improvement documentation of local commercial policies, mapping document storage locations, and general business transactions, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in the overall success of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Work with Regional Account Representative (RAR) teams to understand processes and collect challenges needing improvement.
– Process mapping to identify labor and administrative efficiency gains and simplify daily tasks.
– Become familiar with Safran Helicopter Engines products, industrial flow, and commercial policies.
Assist Customer Support Leadership team with day-to-day administrative aspects when needed.
– Use CRM tools.
– Become familiar with industrial flow of each shop and leadership teams.
– Work with industrial leadership team to improve AOG communication and tracking.
– Participate in weekly meetings with Operations team.

Candidate skills & requirements:
– Business major with a focus on Marketing.
– Power BI certification and/or management
– Harvesting, Storing and retrieving data GCP (Big Query, DataProc, Looker Studi, SQL) is a plus.
