Executive Mentor Program

The Executive Mentor Program provides College of Business students with the opportunity to be mentored by industry professionals. Through mentorship, students will receive guidance on reaching goals, building professional skills, exploring relevant career paths, and building a professional network.

Criteria and Expectations to Join

All College of Business students are eligible to join the Executive Mentor Program. Applications are accepted through the WildcatLink website.

Students and mentors are paired for six months during which the mentee is required to:

• Meet at least once a month with their mentor
• Take initiative by setting up meetings, asking questions, researching career opportunities and working towards career goals
• Demonstrate professionalism by being timely and following through on commitments
• Have an open mind to feedback and a willingness to learn
